BCQZ-2C Alternator and Starter Test Bench for Car Truck Helicopter Small Aircraft

BCQZ-2C starter generator test bench adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, combined with PLC and touch screen control. It is mainly used for performance test of automobile generator and starter, as well as special generator and starter test. The machine has the characteristics of high regulation sensitivity, strong controllability and high degree of automation. The load adopts electronic module type, which is safe and reliable. The touch screen carries out data processing, displays and prints the detection results and waveform curves, and can realize the dynamic detection of various types of generators and starters.

BCQZ-2C starter alternator test bench Installation Instructions

1、 Adjust the distance between the connectors according to the model of the automobile generator, which is slightly larger than the width of the generator mounting frame, and then use the connecting rod to pass through the mounting hole between the connector and the generator. The end of the connecting rod is fixed with a nut to fasten the connector. During installation, pay attention to the alignment of the leather pulley groove of the generator and the motor pulley groove.

Put V-belt / V-belt on the belt of generator and motor. The installation of V-belt / V-belt should be easy to cover and remove by hand. If the length of V-belt / V-belt is too large or too small, please replace the V-belt / V-belt.

Turn the knob marked "top tightening of generator" to the "tightening" direction to tension the belt. If the V-belt slips during the test run, jog the button to gradually tension the V-belt.

After work, turn the knob to the "loose" direction to reset the support plate.

Note: during the generator test, be careful not to touch the V-belt / V-belt and pulley by hand to avoid danger.
