①This equipment is a double-sided dynamic balancing machine that drives the workpiece to be balanced by a ring belt. It can perform double-sided balancing or single-sided balancing. It is suitable for large rotating diameters and damping of fan impellers, water pump impellers, etc. The workpiece is also suitable for balancing regular cylindrical rotors such as balancing motor rotors. The equipment structure design is reasonable, and the appearance is beautiful. The equipment is a combination of gray and white.
②The equipment adopts two 3-meter-long bed, the bed adopts HT250 integral casting, and two T-shaped parallel guide rails. The guide rail surface is processed and shaped by a large gantry milling machine at one time, and then ground. This ensures the flatness of the guide rail surface and improves the overall mechanical accuracy of the equipment.
③The swing frame is integrally cast with nodular cast iron QT450, which has better performance than elastic beams using welding technology and elastic beams connected by bolts. The equipment has good rigidity and high natural frequency, which ensures the accuracy of the workpiece balance measurement and the equipment has a long service life.
④The swing frame can be moved manually along the bed, and the swing frame can be stopped at any part above the bed, so the effective length of the equipment is any length between 300-5600mm.
⑤The material used for the rollers on the balancer is GCr15 bearing steel. After high-frequency quenching, the hardness is above HRC55. After grinding, it is ground and demagnetized. The roller bearings use RZ5 precision bearings. This ensures the wear resistance of the roller, and its contact with the workpiece is wide-line contact. Greatly improve the accuracy and service life of the roller.
