General Introduction：

CR206-Pro CR Injectors & Pump Test Bench is the latest table type model for testing CR injectors. It is a professional diesel injection testing solution designed for workshops and service centers.

1.Supporting high-speed solenoid valve type common rail injectors, also supports piezoelectric crystal common rail injectors of the third-generation high-pressure common rail technology; 2.Single-channel common rail injector; 3.Support multiple rail pressure sensors (BOSCH/DENSO/ DELPHI); 4.Intelligent PID algorithm, more precise pressure control; 5.Short-circuit protection in both software and hardware makes the machine more reliable; 6.Multiple language options;

Working Principle:

CR206-Pro common rail injector test bench imitate the working conditions of the diesel engine ECU (Engine Control Unit), while providing control signals for common rail systems such as Bosch, Denso, Delphi, and piezoelectric ceramics to drive high-pressure common-rail fuel pumps and high-pressure common rail systems & common rail injectors work. Drive signal parameters can be set by end users according to their actual conditions and saved, which is convenient for maintenance personnel to judge and maintain the working status of the high-pressure common rail system.
